Once orders are dispatched, you will receive tracking links via email. If we are shipping welcome kits to individual addresses, we will provide you with a master tracking spreadsheet to monitor all drops in real-time.

Our standard B2B payment terms are 50% advance along with order confirmation, and the remaining 50% payment before shipment delivery. For registered MNCs and corporate clients with procurement contracts, we offer custom credit terms subject to approval.
