B2B Shipping Overview

Cumaccs provides reliable and robust shipping networks across India to ensure your corporate gifts, vouchers, and onboarding kits arrive safely and on time. We partner with India's leading surface and air logistics providers (e.g. Blue Dart, Delhivery, TCI Express) to handle cargo of all volumes.

Production & Delivery Timelines

Shipping timelines consist of two components: **Production Time** (printing, engraving, customizing) and **Transit Time** (shipping duration).

• Standard Branded Orders: Typically ship within 10 to 15 business days from layout design approval and advance payment clearance.
• Voucher Orders: Digital vouchers are delivered via secure emails within 24 to 48 working hours.
• Transit Times: Standard surface shipments take 3 to 7 business days depending on location. Air express options are available for urgent timelines.

Multi-Location & Work-From-Home Drops

We specialize in distributing welcome kits directly to your remote employee's residences or various branch offices across India.

• Address Database: Clients must provide addresses in our standard excel format to ensure clean dispatching.
• Tracking Portals: We provide real-time dashboard links to monitor the delivery status of individual employee dispatches.
• RTO (Return to Origin): Shipments returned due to incorrect addresses or non-availability of recipient can be re-dispatched at additional freight charges.

Freight & Shipping Charges

Shipping costs depend on shipment weight, package volume, destination, and shipping mode (surface or air express):

• Bulk Shipments: Shipping fees are quoted upfront and incorporated into your proforma invoice.
• Individual Drops: Rates are calculated per kit based on employee addresses and package dimensions.
• Octroi & Entry Taxes: Any local entry taxes, octroi, or state clearance charges will be billed on actuals or paid directly by the client.

Damaged Shipments & Claim Protocol

Our packaging is optimized for drop testing and rough transit, but in case of physical damage during transportation:

Please record a quick unboxing video or take photographs of the damaged boxes upon receipt. Inform your account manager or email info@cumaccs.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will initiate investigations with logisitics and dispatch replacement units immediately.
